New students from outside the San Marcos Unified School District will need the following documents:

• Transcript
• Withdrawal grades
• Discipline and Attendance records
• Immunization records
• Birth Verification (e.g., birth certificate, passport)
• Current IEP or 504 (if applicable)
• Two proofs of residency within the San Marcos Unified School District boundary

Please complete the online registration process for either Mission Hills or San Marcos High (depending on school residency), and contact the counseling office immediately to let them know that the student would like to attend Twin Oaks High.  Most students/parents/guardians will attend a meeting with a MHHS/SMHS school counselor to complete voluntary referral paperwork.
