Transcript Requests

 

Former students may request transcripts in person, by email/fax, or through the US mail.  If you need to send an official transcript to a college, employer or government agency, please provide the email or postal address of that person/department.  Official transcripts need to be emailed or mailed directly to them.  Please note that we only have postal delivery twice a week.

 

Information needed to request a transcript:

  • Current name
  • Name used while attending Twin Oaks High School
  • Date of birth
  • Year of graduation or when last enrolled (if known)
  • Contact phone number and/or email address
  • Where you need the transcript emailed, faxed or mailed
  • Valid photo identification and/or additional documentation may be requested for transcript processing or release

 

Official transcripts will not be furnished until all financial obligations to the District are satisfied.
